oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, corn
oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated
Soybean and/or cottonseed oil),
enriched bleached flour (wheat
flour, niacin, iron, thiamin
mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),
salt, modified food starch, spices,
corn, meal, garlic powder, onion
powder, leavening (disodium
dihydrogen pyrophosphate,
sodium bicarbonate), dried yeast,
colored with oleoresin paprika,
dextrose.

Handling Instructions:

Keep frozen at 00 F (-180 C)
Shelf life of 6 months stored at 00
F (-180 C). 5 days refrigerated at
340 to 400 (4.440 C) once fully
thawed.

Defrost Instructions:

Remove the product that you
want to use from the freezer.
Keep 24 hrs. (Minimum) at a
refrigerated temperature.

Frying Instructions:

Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 365
degrees F (180 degrees C). Place
5 or 6 empanadas (the product
must be previously completely
thawed) into the fryer at a time.
Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes,
once they turn to a golden brown
color look, remove from oil and
place on paper towel.
