HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Keep frozen at 00 F (-180 C)
  • Shelf life of 6 months stored
    at 00 F (-180 C). 7 days
    refrigerated at 340 to 400
    (4.440 C).

DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Remove the product that you
    want to use from the freezer.
  • Keep 24 hrs. (Minimum) at a
    refrigerated temperature.

COOKING IN MICROWAVE:

  • Place the Tamale in a special
    container for microwave.
  • Heat the Tamale in microwave
    for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Turn every minute for even heating.

COOKING IN OVEN:

Place Tamales in steamer and
steam for approximately 30
minutes.
